<p>You’ve surely had to fill out satisfaction surveys at the end of training sessions where you are asked for suggestions for improvement. <br />What do we do with them?</p>
<p>Here’s an example: one of our learners commented on our Lifelong Learning File following her language training. <br />She found this tool high-quality and well-designed – yet she hadn’t really made it her own. What a shame not to make full use of it!<br />
Her suggestion, that came through her satisfaction survey, was added to our July team meeting’s agenda. <br />How could we make this file – into which we’ve put so much time and heart to create – an essential tool for our learners? <br />So we had a brainstorming session during which the whole team contributed to ensure that the support closely matches our practices.</p>
<p>And the result…Aha! Have a little patience! It’s currently at the printer’s and will be available at the beginning of 2026!</p>

<p>With recent decisions made by the state to reinforce spot checks, create new standards and issue a Version 10 for the Qualiopi standard, I’m starting to wonder where the place for the positive aspects is.</p>
<p>If, at the end of a training program, learners feel more confident in their abilities and are better equipped to face their day-to-day professional challenges &#8211; that’s huge! It’s a major step toward autonomy and a victory over personal barriers or limiting beliefs. My inner voice can’t help but wonder: how do we formally demonstrate that in an audit? What indicator measures confidence or self-esteem?</p>
<p>I’m not questioning the need for a framework to stay on track and to help us continuously improve our processes and training programs. Since the beginning of ImpaQt, we’ve made constant progress on that front.</p>
<p>However, putting too many limits in place could end up stifling our creativity &#8211; which, in my opinion, is one of our greatest strengths as pedagogues.</p>
<p>Long live pedagogical creativity and intelligent frameworks to ensure the quality of learning experiences!</p>

<p>Our end of year recommendation rate reached 97% (based on 154 reviews) at the end of 2024.</p>
<p>According to our 2024 pedagogical and financial report, 403 learners integrated ImpaQt Programmes – 101 in Languages and 302 in Management – representing an increase of 49% in comparison to 2023.</p>

<p>Why?</p>
<p>If the level test gives us information about the start level of the potential learner, it’s the interview based on the answers to the questionnaire that reveals his/her motivation, needs, sometimes also fears and concerns.</p>
<p>In each MMAPPER section of the questionnaire, we ask the learners to position themselves, for example in the Mirror pillar to analyze their skills and evaluate themselves on three levels of comfort in a variety of professional situations. During the interview, we compare our perceptions with those of the learner and so begins the positioning process which they’ll carry through right to the final concert!</p>

We began harmonizing our processes and setting the framework back in 2007, long before the repository was conceived. From Datadock to Qualiopi, the standards have evolved, and so have the requirements! Here are the questions that come to mind: Have our learners&#8217; experiences changed? Do they see and feel the advances? As someone who has been on several ImpaQt journeys over the years, what do you think?</p>
