coach<\/strong><\/h4><span class=\"awb-title-spacer\"><\/span><div class=\"title-sep-container title-sep-container-right\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#dddddd;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Richard and Mathilde met Yan in 2014 during their Process Communication trainer training.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Yan was already trained in NLP \u2013 Neuro\u2011Linguistic Programming, which remained his core model, having helped him overcome his own stage fright.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, he has combined his artistic skills with his expertise in personal development to offer \u201ctailor\u2011made\u201d support to help his clients overcome their fears and express themselves with confidence.<\/p>\n<p>Our paths drifted apart without losing sight of one another, and toward the end of 2025, Richard had the idea to invite him to lead a two\u2011day training session with our team, to revisit the facilitator\u2019s posture through the lens of NLP.<\/p>\n<p>We later discovered that the NLP and MMAPPER models are closely connected and even share a common language and symbolism: that of the map \u2014 a map we can reshape by taking an active role in our own lives\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Here is what Yan particularly appreciated during those two days spent with us:<br \/>\n\u201cEveryone\u2019s engagement, their curiosity, their relational finesse, their enthusiasm for experimenting, adjusting, integrating. In just two days, through simple exercises and role\u2011plays, they were able to realize that they had already been practicing a great deal of NLP without knowing it.
