How are the programmes
evaluated?
• Diagnosis made by an ImpaQt consultant before the training
• MMAPPER objectives created at the beginning of the training
• Action plan to follow during and after the programme
• Report drafted with the learner and objectives evaluated at the end of the programme
• FLEX certification if the programme uses CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation)
• Manager and participant debrief
